Information technology was interesting to run into the wizard he is and the sorcerer he somewhen becomes. And of course – the bristles progression!
Hogsmeade!
We would recognise those sloping snow-capped roofs anywhere. Newt and Theseus appear to be making a trip to Hogsmeade to find Albus Dumbledore. Simply why are they meeting him there? And will in that location be Butterbeer?
Is that Aberforth we see?
Newt and Theseus might exist looking for Albus Dumbledore, simply starting time they come up across another member of the family instead. The inside of that pub looks very like the inside of the Grunter's Head, and we all know who works there. And as he introduces himself equally Dumbledore'south brother, nosotros think it is safe to assume that this is the i and only Aberforth. Is that Nurmengard?

The witch we see is also somebody nosotros have briefly met before in The Crimes of Grindelwald, a professor at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Eulalie "Lally" Hicks – we expect that she's no slouch when information technology comes to magic.
Where are they all travelling to?
We catch a glimpse of a (rather stylish) railroad train racing through a snowy scene. On board nosotros spy Newt, Jacob, Lally, Kama, Theseus and even Bunty. Where are they all headed? And why have they all joined forces with ane another? We know that they are the team that Dumbledore has assembled to stop Grindelwald, but we are curious why he would choose this canaille group for such a task.
Credence (or possibly Aurelius Dumbledore?) has a new look
Is that a phoenix that is flying towards Credence? Is that a sign that Grindelwald wasn't lying to him, and he is, in fact, Aurelius Dumbledore, as was revealed at the finish of the last film? Phoenixes are meant to be drawn to that family. Even so, all that aside, the most of import thing we spy in this clip is Credence's new hairdo. Just expect at those long, flowing locks! He looks far removed from the scared young man we met in the get-go instalment.
A bittersweet Jacob and Queenie moment
Oh, Jacob and Queenie. We love these two just by the end of the last flick, they couldn't accept been further away from one another. Does this clip suggest a blink of hope for the pair? They appear to be continuing in Jacob's bakery – yet their expressions don't actually suggest a blithesome reunion. Or is this a flashback to a time before Queenie joined Grindelwald's cause? Nosotros do believe we've seen that pink ensemble earlier… Though their relationship seems to have everything stacked against them, we can't assistance just root for these ii.
Dumbledore belongings the blood oath he made with Grindelwald
We know that Dumbledore was unable to move confronting Grindelwald because of this blood oath. While we know that Dumbledore asked Newt to give it to him – nosotros don't know the reason behind that determination. He besides appears to be going up against Queenie – only is he fighting her or trying to get closer to her? Surely, he's not casting 'Accio Queenie'! Any is going on, he doesn't await very happy about the state of affairs.
Queenie seems to have embraced the darkness
The whimsical and sweetness Queenie seems to be long gone. Instead, she looks steely and determined and is possibly the i causing the magical disturbance here. Her wardrobe has also gone from sugary and pastel hues to black – is this a sign that she has fully embraced Grindelwald and Dark magic? Although this more gothic style is fabled to wait at – we too hope the Queenie that nosotros know and love hasn't been lost entirely.
Oh no! Dumbledore and Credence announced to exist fighting
If this clip is anything to go by, Grindelwald has managed to get within Acceptance'southward head. Why else would he be fighting Dumbledore? Has Dumbledore moved away from wanting to protect Credence? Or is he just defending himself from an assault? And how did the pair of them get to this point?
What is this giant cylinder and where is information technology taking people?
